ENROLLMENT
An annual registration fee is required for all tuition students.
Registration fee is due at enrollment and each September 1st thereafter.
TUITION
Monthly tuition is based on four weeks per month. Some months
will provide a 5th week, this will be considered a bonus class
at no extra charge. Bonus classes cannot be made up if missed.
All tuitions are payable monthly in
advance before the 1st day of each month. All Star Dance accepts
Cash or Credit Card payments only (Credit Card authorization form
online). A late charge of $15.00 will be added after the 10th
day of the month regardless of absences. Students gone for a month
or more will be required to pay the registration fee again. If
there is a waiting list for the class you may lose your spot in
the class. You can reserve your spot by paying your full tuition
during your absence, then making up any missed lessons on your
return, if make up lessons are offered for your class.
ABSENCES
AND MAKEUPS
There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. Absences may
be made up within 30 days of a missed class but may not be applied
to future tuition. Make-up classes are scheduled with the front
desk and may be made up in any dance class of any disipline as
long as the student stays within his/her dance level. ALL STAR
DANCE does not guarantee that make-up classes in any one disipline
will be available.
DANCE SHOES/CLOTHES
Please see below for the proper dress code in each
class.

Creative
Dance 2-3 years: Pink Leotard (no skirt), Pink tights,
pink ballet shoes and black tap shoes (ties removed and replaced
with elastic), hair pulled back. This is a parent participation
class. Parents: comfortable clothes, socks or ballet shoes. Prerequisite:
None
Tap/Ballet
3-4 years:
Pink Leotard (no

Tap/Jazz

Prerequisite: Student must complete ASD “Tap/Jazz 5-7 years”
to the satisfaction of the ASD staff prior to enrollment. New
students will be evaluated and placed by age/level. Ballet class
recommended for Tap/Jazz 7-9 years & 10+. Ballet Required
for Hot Shots.

GENERAL POLICIES
1. Students absent for 3 consecutive weeks
will be dropped from the class.
2. All Star Dance and its instructors reserve the right
to dismiss any student
disrupting the class.
3. Advancement in ALL classes is determined by the student’s
instructor,
specific criteria needs to be met.
4. Parents are welcome to observe their child’s class
from the viewing window-
dancers only are permitted in the studio.
5. Do not bring sick children to class.
NUTCRACKER and RECITAL
A yearly Winter Nutcracker and Summer Recital will be professionally
choreographed. All students will be invited to participate. Please
see "Important Dates" page for specifics.
HOLIDAYS
All Star Dance will be closed on major Holidays throughout the
year. Monthly tuitions will not be adjusted as the accumulated
bonus lessons will be applied. (Holiday Schedule is subject to
change)
INJURIES
All Star Dance is not responsible for injuries or any child left
before or after class. Please pick up your child on time.
